Minimum opening wholesale
order is $600. No minimum on wholesale reorders.
Opening orders are check or credit card only. No COD orders.
All major credit cards are accepted (Credit cards clear bank
as TransEAST).
Net 30 applications will be considered from existing customers
for future orders. Businesses must have been established for
more than 3 years and provide complete references. Please
request a faxed application from the New
Growth Designs staff.
Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping is typically 7-10% (East Coast) or 10-15% (West
of the Mississippi River) of order total for artificial flowers.
Shipping for trees and terra cotta will be higher.
Items are shipped FedEx Ground. Largest trees and terra
cotta orders (over 12 cases) ship common carrier (motor freight).
All claims for damage or shortage must be made within 48 hours
of receiving order.
No returns accepted without prior approval from TransEast.
Returns must be sent back on a return authorization label
issued by TransEast. Restocking fee of 20% will be applied
to returned orders.
Each piece is assembled by hand. Sizes and descriptions
are approximate and will vary from piece to piece. Pot size
or description may vary.
Flowers, stems and foliage are fully wired and usually require
some sculpting, shaping and attention upon arrival.
