Ordering Information
The minimum opening wholesale order is $600.00. Opening orders are check or credit card only - no C.O.D orders. All major credit cards are accepted (Credit cards clear as TransEAST/New Growth). Accounts must provide state tax resale information. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. You may place an online order, or call or fax your order to us. A print catalogue will be available for order 2010.
Shipping & Return Information
Shipping is estimated at 10-25% of order total for artificial flowers. Shipping for trees and terra cotta will be higher. Items are shipped FedEx Ground. Largest trees and terra cotta orders (over 12 cases) ship common carrier (motor freight). All claims for damage or shortage must be made within 48 hours of receiving order. No returns are accepted without prior approval from TransEast. We are happy to drop-ship directly to your customer, (with no paperwork included) for a small additional fee per order.
Product Information
Each piece is assembled by hand, and is unique. Sizes and descriptions are approximate and will vary from piece to piece. Pot size or description may vary. Flowers, stems and foliage are fully wired and usually require some sculpting, shaping and attention upon arrival.

Product Care
Unpacking and Shaping
- Open your New Growth Designs shipment with care.
- Remove the product from its packing materials.
- Gently bend stems to reflect the natural growth of the piece, referring to our catalog photos for shaping example.
Cleaning
- We recommend light dusting with a clean soft brush, or canned air product.
- To clean arrangements in glass, add a small amount of warm, soapy water and gently swish. Empty water and rinse.

Q: What is your minimum order?

Q: Can I order a print catalogue?
A: New Growth Designs print catalogue will be available 2010 for order. Until that time, please use our online catalogue.
Q: What are your credit terms?
A: Net 30 applications will be considered from existing customers. Please request an application from the New Growth Designs staff.
Q: What are your shipping charges and terms?
A: We charge actual Shipping, which is estimated at 10-25% of order total for artificial flowers. Shipping for trees and terra cotta will be higher. Items are shipped FedEx Ground. Our tall trees and terra cotta pots ship common carrier (motor freight).
Q: Will you drop-ship to my customer?
A: We are happy to drop-ship directly to your customer, (with no paperwork included) for a small additional fee per order.
Q: What is your Damage Policy?
A: Any claims for damage or shortage must be made within 48 hours of receiving order. Save the carton(s) and packing materials as you unpack your order, as these are needed for inspection by the Delivery Carrier!
Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: No returns are accepted without prior approval from TransEast. Returns must have a Return Authorization label issued by TransEast. Return shipping will be arranged and paid by the customer, and a restocking fee of 20% will be applied to returned orders before credit is issued.
